| I would love it if there was a taveren that people could just let loose in and do as they fell, with in the rules of course, like get info on what a one story was about your get hints on how to roleplay better. | The tavern doesn't work as a separate forum. Assuming it's just a big building, it's a waste of bandwidth to give it it's own section. A topic would've been fine.
