Dyne is a black panther anthro and fought in the vietnam war. He has a relatively muscular build, and his origins reach as far as romania. He was killed in a chopper crash on his escape from a POW camp in 'Nam and found by a recon team, who were ordered to bring his remains back to the lab where, at the time, cyberkinetic limbs were being develloped aswell as neurological equipment. He was fitted with two "cyber" legs and an arm. His tail is the only part of him not covered in his own skin, and was left exposed for more freedom of movement aswell as expanded. (it is mechanical). He has full control of this tail and can use it like a snake to coil his opponents and constrict the life out of them. His tail is a sheer, black and incredibly resistant alloy. He is unkind and ill tempered, and since he escaped he has been bent on vengeance on the company who brought him back from the dead as what he calls "a millenial monster". After he has picked off every one of them, he plans to send himself back to the dead.
